About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Handle customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, or in person. 2. Communicate the value of our travel, visa, and training services. 3. Effectively present membership plans and benefits to prospective clients. 4. Maintain regular follow-ups with potential clients. 5. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and status in the CRM. 6. Re-engage leads through structured follow-up plans. 7. Drive conversions by signing up customers for memberships and services. 8. Build trust and confidence with potential clients to close sales. 9. Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets. 10. Provide feedback from prospects to help shape offerings and messaging. 11. Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns, webinars, and events. 12. Ensure post-sale client engagement to encourage renewals and referrals. 13. Offer assistance in onboarding new members to services and trainings. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business, Tourism, or related field. 7. Prior experience in sales or business development roles. 8. Fluency in English and Hindi (additional regional language is a plus).
