Job Description

You will be responsible for Inside Sales, where your main tasks will include tapping companies to feature in our Magazine, collecting information about companies, negotiating and renegotiating with prospective clients via email and phone, sending Insertion Orders, and managing the end-to-end sales process. Your goal will be to successfully close deals and contribute to the growth of the business. To excel in this role, you should possess good communication skills, attention to detail, and be a self-starter who can identify new opportunities. You should also be able to work effectively as part of a diverse team. Location for this position is in Pune (Pimple Saudagar), and the contact person for this job is Priyanka Gupta. This is a full-time job with benefits including health insurance, leave encashment, and work from home option. The work schedule is during the day shift. In addition to your salary, you may be eligible for a joining bonus, performance bonus, and shift allowance. The preferred education requirement is a Bachelor's degree, and preferred experience includes at least 1 year in business development and a total work experience of 1 year. Proficiency in English is preferred for this role. Please note that the work location is in person, and you will be expected to work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.,
