Job Title: Business Development Associate – Education Sector Location: Thrissur, Kerala Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month Industry: Education / EdTech / Career Services Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and driven Business Development Associate to join our growing team in Thrissur . The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong interest in helping students and professionals make the right career choices. Prior experience in telecalling or telesales, especially in the education or training sector, is preferred. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential students or parents to promote educational programs. Understand the educational needs of prospective clients and suggest suitable courses. Convert leads into admissions/enrollments through effective communication and follow-ups. Maintain accurate records of daily interactions and follow-ups in CRM or tracking systems. Collaborate with the counseling and marketing teams to meet monthly targets. Build long-term relationships with students and parents through trust and service. Requirements: Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling or telesales , preferably in the education sector. Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and basic English. Confident, persuasive, and target-driven attitude. Good listening skills and a genuine interest in education and student growth. Basic computer skills; experience with CRM tools is an advantage. Qualification: Plus Two or Graduation in any stream. Salary & Benefits: Fixed monthly salary of ₹15,000 – ₹18,000. Performance-based incentives.
