Job Title: Business Development Associate Location: Panchkula, IT Park Job Type: Full-time Reports To: Business Development Associate Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to support our sales and growth initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, initiating outbound contact through cold calling, converting prospects into customers, and managing order entry. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, self-starter, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Conduct cold calls to potential clients to introduce products/services and generate interest Identify and qualify sales leads through research, inbound inquiries, and outbound efforts Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and actively follow up on leads Schedule meetings and product demos for senior sales team members when necessary Convert qualified leads into sales by presenting value propositions and closing deals Accurately enter customer orders into the system and ensure order details are correct Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Support) to ensure a seamless customer experience Track and report on lead generation and conversion metrics using CRM tools Meet or exceed individual targets for calls, conversions, and order processing Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field preferred 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar customer-facing role Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with CRM and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) High level of initiative, self-motivation, and drive to meet goals Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Schedule: Fixed shift Monday to Friday Night shift US shift Ability to commute/relocate: Panchkula, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: Sales: 1 year (Required) Language: Hindi (Preferred) English (Required) Location: Panchkula, Haryana (Required) Shift availability: Night Shift (Preferred) Overnight Shift (Preferred) Work Location: In person
