Business Development Associate - Central Team

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development Executive / Associate to join our dynamic team. This role is execution focused and requires strong cross-functional coordination, data handling, and project management skills. As part of the central BD function, you will collaborate with multiple teams to drive high-impact business initiatives, streamline processes, and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive end-to-end execution of high-priority new BD initiatives by working closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Finance, Marketing, Operations, Demand and Analytics.
2. Analyze and interpret large datasets from various sources to generate actionable insights, bringing clarity to vague data and support business decisions; collaborate with analytics teams to prepare accurate reports and datasets.
3. Create and maintain project trackers, dashboards, and documentation to monitor progress, flag risks, resolve bottlenecks and share regular project updates to ensure stakeholder alignment.
4. Streamline partner onboarding and compliance by working on documentation, agreements, process improvements and new process introduction.
5. Maintain and organize a central BD knowledge repository ensuring all templates, SOPs, playbooks, pitch decks / proposals and reference materials are well-documented, organized, and accessible to internal teams.
6. Contribute to digital projects involving content rollout, new feature launches, structure and design and campaign execution in coordination with relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Management, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and coordination skills with the ability to work across multiple teams and timelines.
• Solid analytical mindset and proficiency in handling large datasets.
• High attention to detail, with a structured and process-driven approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Internship or project experience in BD, consulting, strategy, operations, or analytics roles.
