Job Title: Sales Manager AI/ML & Customer Experience Solutions BDM - AM to Sr Manager 2 India BDM - AM to Sr Manager 2 APAC BDM - AM to Sr Manager 2 EMEA BDM - AM to Sr Manager 2 USA & Canada Job Purpose To achieve sales in any of the above geography and since we are a start , incumbent will have he flexiblity to sell in any location across the globe Experience: 5 to 13 years Job Summary: We are looking for an ambitious and result-oriented Enterprise Sales Manager to drive sales of our AI/ML and Customer Experience (CX) solutions in India & Global market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise software or BPS services sales, with a proven ability to build relationships, understand client needs, and close high-value deals. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets for AI/ML and CX solutions. Enterprise Client Acquisition: Identify, engage, and build relationships with key decision-makers in large enterprises across various industries. Solution Selling: Understand customer pain points and present tailored AI/ML and CX solutions that drive value for their business. Pipeline Management: Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely closures. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to position the company as a market leader. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and delivery teams to refine messaging, improve offerings, and ensure successful client onboarding. Negotiation & Deal Closure: Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and ensure smooth deal closures with enterprise clients. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong post-sale relationships to drive renewals, upsells, and long-term partnerships. Key Requirements: Experience: 5 to 13 years in enterprise software or BPS (Business Process Services) sales. Education: BE / MBA from a reputed institution.Preferred Domain Knowledge: Experience selling AI/ML, automation, or customer experience solutions is highly preferred. Enterprise Sales Expertise: Demonstrated success in acquiring and managing large enterprise clients. Negotiation & Closing: P. Industry Network: Existing relationships with decision-makers in key industries is a plus.
