Business Data Analyst

As a Data Analyst/Business Analyst in this role, you will be responsible for handling client data related to eligibility, billing, claims, denials, and collections using SQL, Excel, and BI tools. Your main tasks will include database management (MySQL or similar), Excel proficiency, and building interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to enhance efficiency in denial rates and collection optimization. You will collaborate with various teams to automate reporting processes, provide real-time insights into business performance, and assist management in making data-driven decisions. Additionally, you will present actionable recommendations based on data analysis and visualization. To excel in this position, you are required to possess a Bachelor of Commerce or relevant degree and have at least 1 year of experience in a similar field. Client handling experience, strong analytical skills, the ability to influence stakeholders, and exceptional documentation abilities are essential. You should be proficient in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook, demonstrate excellent planning and organizational skills, and have a history of successfully leading projects and teams.
