Business Coordinator I

As a Data Solutions Specialist at our company, your role will involve researching, defining, analyzing, developing, and implementing data solutions and opportunities for systems, marketing, product, and service development to meet business needs. You will also be responsible for developing email and direct mailing campaign lists based on specific criteria. Your technical expertise will be crucial in providing support on job-related topics and projects, including testing. Effective communication with peers and internal partners is essential to ensure successful collaboration. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain thorough and accurate documentation, ensuring the BC Playbook is updated with any changes affecting work processes - Build and maintain workflows, data aggregation processes, and dashboards for creating interactive visual, numeric, and written summaries - Promote data literacy and a self-serve culture by training and mentoring business users on BI tools - Analyze business intelligence data to provide insights for business and product decisions - Stay informed of client and industry trends, identifying potential customer trends and collaborating with other business areas to model potential business strategies Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience with 2-4 years in a technical or analytical field - 2-4 years of experience in data management, insights, analytics, and visualization - Demonstrated experience in leading large and complex projects or processes with limited oversight - Strong desire to learn new skills and continuously grow in your role Join our team and be part of a dynamic environment where your expertise in data solutions will drive impactful business decisions and strategies.,
