About the Company

Ayisha's Food Products is a fast-growing brand in the FMCG sector, delivering quality and taste through its wide range of food products. We are looking for a passionate and proactive - Female Business Coordinator (Sales) to manage the operational flow between the field sales force, retail/distributor network, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with front-end Sales Executives, Team Managers, and Distributors to streamline field operations.
• Act as a key point of contact between retailers, the sales team, and production/inventory/store departments.
• Monitor daily sales performance and report progress against targets.
• Follow-up on sales schedules and visit plans of Team Managers; ensure timely execution.
• Handle payment tracking, overdue follow-ups, and pending collection escalations.
• Manage and monitor back-end Customer Relationship Executives (CREs) and ensure smooth back-end support to the sales team.
• Compile, verify, and present Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Sales Reports.
• Keep real-time track of sales targets vs achievements and initiate required interventions.
• Ensure availability of inventory as per sales projections by coordinating with store and production.
• Maintain structured communication across the value chain – from production to end-retail.
• Take ownership of data accuracy, prompt reporting, and proactive follow-ups.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG sales coordination or backend sales operations.
• Strong communication and coordination skills across departments.
• Passionate about sales processes and field team success.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, sales tracking tools, and MIS reporting.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and follow through.
• Knowledge of local geography and retail sales ecosystem is a plus.
