Job Description

Develops, tests, documents, implements and maintains Business Continuity (BC) / Disaster Recovery (DR) planning processes for restoration/recovery of Operational Bussiness Processes and Information Technology (IT) systems in the event of natural/man-made disasters (e.g., earthquakes, fires, power outages, and power surges). Assists internal teams and external clients in all phases of the recovery process. Works with Account Delivery Managers and leadership to enhance disaster recovery effectiveness.
