Our aim is to deliver rapid, performance-based, industry-focused, and technology-enabled services that draw upon our collective knowledge of global and local industries as well as our extensive experience in the Indian business landscape. **Key Responsibilities:** - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. - Minimum 6 years of experience in graphic design, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role. - Proficiency in design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). - Strong portfolio demonstrating a variety of design projects. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines. - Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. - Awareness of current design trends and best practices. **Preferred Skills:** - Familiarity with web design and UX/UI principles. - Experience with video editing software such as VYOND, Camtasia, etc. - Proficiency with authoring tools like Articulate Storyline, Captivate, etc. - Understanding of branding and marketing principles.
