Business Consultant/Architect - WMS - Professional Services

You will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to the on-site implementation team for Blue Yonder Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Your role will involve architecting software solutions to solve customer business problems, ensuring maximum value generation for the customer. Your core responsibilities will include designing, developing, unit testing, and validating new modifications, as well as providing support for any production issues related to modifications. **Key Responsibilities:** - Serve as the Blue Yonder/JDA/RedPrairie WMS solution expert for transformational projects/programs - Utilize strong domain knowledge in BY/JDA/RedPrairie WMS solution to configure and deliver solutions that enhance customer business processes - Contribute to Change Management efforts for global or regional program implementations - Prepare and deliver presentations for various audiences - Provide advice to customers on industry best practices and process methodology - Lead the project team in designing and developing functional specifications for modifications, interfaces, reports, and screens - Prepare Product Requirement Specifications and test plans for modifications - Support the development and execution of test scripts to ensure customer objectives are met In addition to the above responsibilities, you will be required to: - Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant discipline with 4-11 years of corporate experience - Demonstrate expertise in technical configuration of WMS products, Solution Integration, Quality Assurance, System Testing, PLSQL, SQL Server, and Performance Tuning - Have hands-on experience with technical configuration of WMS products, Jasper reports, Nice labels, Pagebuilder, and MOCA - Possess knowledge of interfaces between WMS and ERP/Host, TMS, WLM, T&T, Parcel, and other systems - Resolve complex problems independently with minimal guidance - Communicate effectively at all levels of an organization and develop strong relationships with customers, partners, and consultants Please note that travel readiness may be required based on business needs.,
