Job Description:

We are looking for motivated and dynamic Business Associates to join our team. As an Associate, you will play a key role in sourcing properties, connecting with landlords, and assisting clients in finding the right commercial spaces. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and list commercial/residential properties in assigned areas.
• Build and maintain relationships with landlords and property owners.
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable property options.
• Conduct site visits and property showings with prospective clients.
• Coordinate with the internal team to close property deals successfully.
• Maintain property and client details in the company’s CRM.

Requirements:

• No prior real estate experience required (training will be provided).
• Strong communication and networking skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to work independently.
• Smartphone and internet connectivity mandatory.
• Candidates with prior sales/fieldwork experience will have an advantage.
