As an Associate, you will play a key role in sourcing properties, connecting with landlords, and assisting clients in finding the right commercial spaces. Key Responsibilities: Identify and list commercial/residential properties in assigned areas. Build and maintain relationships with landlords and property owners. Understand client requirements and provide suitable property options. Conduct site visits and property showings with prospective clients. Coordinate with the internal team to close property deals successfully. Maintain property and client details in the company’s CRM. Requirements: No prior real estate experience required (training will be provided). Strong communication and networking skills. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to work independently. Smartphone and internet connectivity mandatory. Candidates with prior sales/fieldwork experience will have an advantage.
