Role & responsibilities Manage insurance business for different channels lead research, coordination, pricing, onboarding, revenue, claim, and compliance Create structure and track insurance performance metrics Coordinate for issue resolution and execution with all stakeholders for insurance business Maintain IRDAI returns & Internal insurance compliance Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for business reviews Adhoc Support in strategic research & projects Preferred candidate profile 13 years’ experience in NBFC/fintech/insurance Strong project management, coordination, and communication skills Excel + PowerPoint proficiency mandatory - comfortable with data and reporting Exposure to EV industry is a plus but not mandatory Interested candidates to share the resume to ankith.bs@evfin.co
