About the Opportunity

• Arrow Jobs Placement is looking for ambitious and locally-connected Female Associates to establish and manage independent recruitment operations in their respective cities. This is a high-growth entrepreneurial role where you build your own business under an established brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new corporate clients and job seekers in your local territory.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (Sourcing, Screening, and Placement).
• Represent Arrow Jobs Placement professionally in your local market.
• Adhere to ethical recruitment practices (No advance charges from candidates).

Requirements

• Local Expertise: Must be a resident of the city applied for with deep knowledge of the local business landscape.
• Communication: Fluency in English is mandatory for professional documentation and client interaction.
• Tech Setup: Must own a laptop/computer with a high-speed internet connection.
• Mindset: Self-motivated, disciplined, and business-oriented.

Financials & Earnings

• Profit Sharing: Standard ratio of the Associate and the Company (Negotiable with higher investment).
• Earnings: Your income is directly proportional to your effort and the number of successful placements made.
