You will play a crucial role in shaping the future of the business. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME- Collaborate and manage the team to perform- Responsible for team decisions- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams- Lead the business architecture efforts and provide strategic direction- Develop and maintain business architecture models and frameworks- Analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in GuideWire ClaimCenter- Strong understanding of business process architecture- Experience in defining business solutions and structures- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in GuideWire ClaimCenter- This position is based at our Bengaluru office- A 15 years full time education is required Qualification 15 years full time education
