You will be responsible for defining the business solutions and structures needed to realize these opportunities and developing a business case to achieve the vision. In this role, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and success. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Lead current state assessments to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for business value creation. Develop business solutions and structures to address identified opportunities. Create and present business cases to stakeholders to gain buy-in and support for proposed solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in GuideWire Integration. Strong understanding of business architecture principles and frameworks. Experience in leading business transformation initiatives. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Good To Have Skills:Experience with business process modeling tools. Knowledge of insurance industry processes and systems. Experience in working with cross-functional teams. Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in GuideWire Integration. This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
