Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME Collaborate and manage the team to perform Responsible for team decisions Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams Lead the development and implementation of business strategies Analyze business processes and recommend improvements Provide guidance on business architecture and design principles Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Service Transition Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Project management experience Knowledge of business process modeling Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Service Transition This position is based at our Mumbai office A 15 years full time education is required Qualifications 15 years full time education
