Key Responsibilities -

Team Setup & Leadership: Establish and lead a new in-house development team, defining roles, onboarding talent, and fostering a high-performance culture.
Architecture & Integration Ownership: Understand the organization’s architecture and integration points to design scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
Development & Delivery Excellence: Oversee the design, development, deployment, and support of mobile and web applications, ensuring quality, performance, and alignment with business needs.
Governance & Best Practices: Set up codebase, development practices, and tools in line with enterprise governance, security, and compliance guidelines.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a key liaison between business, technology, and external partners to translate requirements into effective technical sol

Job Specification -

Mobile App / web application development
Project Management
Proficiency in React JS, Next.js, Node.js
Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, and RESTful APIs
Experience in Full Stack Development (Frontend & Backend)
Exposure to database design and development (SQL/NoSQL)
Knowledge of DevOps practices, version control (Git), and deployment pipelines is a plus
Ability to manage projects end-to-end with a focus on performance, responsiveness, and maintainability.
