Business and Sales Development Manager

As an experienced Sales Manager in the Real Estate industry, your primary responsibility is to generate sales from client visits to our villa projects. Along with a competitive salary, you will be eligible for incentives, mobile expenses, and fuel expenses. Key Responsibilities: - Meet with clients visiting our villa projects and effectively communicate the features and benefits - Drive sales by understanding client needs, offering suitable solutions, and closing deals - Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5 years of experience in Real Estate sales - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment Please note: This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule.
