As an experienced Sales Manager in the Real Estate industry, your primary responsibility is to generate sales from client visits to our villa projects. Along with a competitive salary, you will be eligible for incentives, mobile expenses, and fuel expenses. Key Responsibilities: - Meet with clients visiting our villa projects and effectively communicate the features and benefits - Drive sales by understanding client needs, offering suitable solutions, and closing deals - Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5 years of experience in Real Estate sales - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment Please note: This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. Performance bonuses and cell phone reimbursement are additional benefits provided. The work location for this role is in-person at our villa projects.,
