Business Analytics Sr Analyst

As an Assistant Vice President, Business Analytics Sr. Analyst at Citi, you will have the opportunity to utilize your skills and expertise in a global setting. You will be responsible for gathering operational data, identifying data patterns & trends, and providing insights to enhance business decision-making capabilities. Additionally, you will recommend actions for future developments, strategic business opportunities, and operational policy enhancements. Key Responsibilities: - Gather operational data from various cross-functional stakeholders to examine past business performance - Identify data patterns & trends and provide insights to enhance business decision-making capability in business planning, process improvement, solution assessment, etc. - Recommend actions for future developments & strategic business opportunities, as well as enhancements to operational policies - Translate data into consumer or customer behavioral insights to drive targeting and segmentation strategies and communicate findings clearly to business partners and senior leaders - Continuously improve processes and strategies by exploring and evaluating new data sources, tools, and capabilities - Work closely with internal and external business partners in building, implementing, tracking, and improving decision strategies - Appropriately assess risk when making business decisions, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations Qualifications Required: - 5-8 years of experience - Excellent analytical and business strategy skills - Effective communication skills - Ability to present to business partners and/or leaders to gain approvals - Project and process management skills - Experience with a prior focus on financial services analytics - Solid organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Self-starter with a demonstrated ability to work successfully in a team environment Citi is a global bank committed to supporting your growth and development.
