As a member of the Analytics and Information Management (AIM) team at Citi, you will play a crucial role in objectively connecting and analyzing information to create actionable intelligence for our business leaders. With a global presence and established expertise, we focus on identifying fact-based opportunities for revenue growth in collaboration with various business units. By leveraging cutting-edge data, analytical, and modeling tools, we aim to provide strategic insights that drive business decisions and optimize performance. Your responsibilities will include driving multiple projects involving large and complex data sets, utilizing programming tools such as SQL, SAS, and SAS Macro to analyze and validate information. You will be expected to have a good understanding of credit card business financials, including P&L items, and the ability to analyze credit card portfolios effectively. Collaboration with stakeholders, both internal and global, to deliver tangible outcomes, mentoring and leading a team of analysts, and continuous improvement of processes and strategies will be key aspects of your role. To excel in this position, you should possess a degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, operations research, or a related quantitative field, along with 2+ to 5 years of relevant industry experience. Strong process management skills, attention to detail, leadership abilities, and a positive mindset are essential. Excellent statistical knowledge, communication skills, stakeholder management capabilities, and experience in credit cards and retail banking products will be advantageous.
