Business Analytics and Reporting

You will be a part of the Wealth Analytics team in Citi's Analytics & Information Management (AIM) unit in Bangalore, covering various aspects such as reporting, dashboard building, strategic analytics, and providing product & customer insights for portfolios in Citi's wealth business. **Key Responsibilities:** - Responsible for providing insights, portfolio analysis, data reporting, dashboard design, report maintenance, and data quality monitoring - Understand business priorities and develop data and analytics driven solutions - Accountable for regular reporting & process administration as owner - Develop expertise and be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the portfolio/processes - Collaborate with offshore partners on projects and deliverables - Liaise with different departments to gather requirements, prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), and work with tech teams for implementation - Continuously automate/improve processes by exploring new data sources, tools, and capabilities - Assess risks in business decisions, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and maintaining high ethical standards **Qualifications & Skillsets:** - Minimum 2+ years of analytics experience required - Experience in providing analytic solutions, building reports, dashboards, and data management - Coding expertise in Python & SQL and experience working on big data platforms - Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau is an advantage - Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment - Excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and proactive approach - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint would be advantageous **Education:** - Bachelors/Master's degree from a premier institute or higher qualification is required This job description offers an overview of the work performed, with the possibility of other job-related duties being assigned as needed.,
