Business Analytics Analyst

As a member of our Global Banking Organization, you will work on multiple analyses throughout the year to address business problems for the TTS business. You will utilize various analytical methods such as hypothesis testing, segmentation, and predictive modeling to derive insights from multiple data sources, including client profiles, transactions, and unstructured data, to inform business decisions. Collaboration with business and functional stakeholders to communicate findings and recommendations will be a key part of your role. Your professional judgment in interpreting data and results will ensure the quality and timeliness of service. You should possess strong business analysis and problem-solving skills along with experience in marketing analytics and interpreting client life cycle data. Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis is required, as well as the ability to work with multiple data sources, both structured and unstructured. Knowledge of hypothesis testing, segmentation, and predictive modeling is essential. Hands-on experience with PySpark and Python is preferred. Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities will be crucial for success in this role. Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of experience in data analytics OR - Master's Degree with 2+ years of experience in data analytics.
