We are currently seeking applications for the position of BA, Transactional Buyer & Fulfillment Specialist. As part of this role, you will be tasked with overseeing the entire value chain related to Purchase Order Management, Reporting, AP Issue Resolution, and Fulfilment. Your responsibilities will include issuing Purchase Orders based on demands or Purchase Requisitions from the engineering or planning team, ensuring Order Acknowledgement & Fulfilment alignment with Need Dates or Promise Dates by collaborating closely with suppliers, logistics, and business fulfilment teams. Additionally, you will be required to manage order adjustments based on urgency, update the ERP system, adhere to KPIs and business SLAs, assist suppliers in resolving outstanding invoices, collaborate with various business functions to address Material Discrepancies, and prepare and report KPIs and SLAs. Qualifications we are looking for in candidates include a University degree in any discipline, relevant work experience, strong Expediting skills, proficiency in order confirmation, expediting delivery, Excel, and SAP tools, good interpersonal skills, teamwork abilities, basic understanding of End to End Sourcing & Procurement processes in a manufacturing industry, practical knowledge of SAP ERP, and sourcing certifications like CPM or SPSM are advantageous.
