Job Description

Job Title: Business Analyst Intern

Location: Pune

Duration: 6 months

Work Type: Full-time Internship

Stipend: unpaid

Pre-Placement Offer (PPO): Based on performance, participants may receive a PPO with a CTC ranging from 2.5 LPA.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the gathering and analysis of business requirements from stakeholders.
Work with teams to understand project goals and document business processes.
Participate in meetings with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment on project objectives.
Conduct data analysis and present insights to aid decision-making processes.
Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and business cases to communicate findings.
Assist in ensuring project deliverables meet business needs and requirements.
Help document and track business issues and solutions, and maintain relevant documentation.

Requirements:

Basic understanding of business analysis techniques and concepts.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and collaborate with stakeholders.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management software.
Knowledge of SQL and basic data analysis.
Understanding of Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus.
