Working Hours - US Timing (NY) Key Role Review the current Trade Finance operation process Review functionality and behavior in the new software referring to its user manual and touching its prototype Conduct gap analysis and suggest possible solutions to fill the gaps, and finalize the new operation flow Review business requirement document and Function spec document provided by the vendor Create function test scripts Facilitate communication with business users Skill/Experience Professional knowledge and experience related to trade finance operations Knowledge sufficient to engage in discussions with operational staff. Understanding of the basic features and structure of applications used in trade finance operations. Experience in administrative process design Advanced communication skill
