Business Analyst, SAP PLM

As a Senior SAP PLM Business Analyst at our company, your role will involve driving the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP PLM solutions. You will support business operations, ensure seamless integration across systems, and enhance product lifecycle management. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading integration efforts between Teamcenter, Mendix, and SAP - Troubleshooting integration issues and optimizing system interfaces - Ensuring consistent data synchronization - Implementing and supporting SAP ECTR - Overseeing SAP DMS processes - Designing and configuring workflows - Supporting SAP EHSM integration and managing change records - Configuring BRF+ rules - Analyzing business requirements and leading solution delivery - Collaborating with cross-functional teams - Providing training and support - Overseeing testing activities - Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement To succeed in this role, you should have: - At least 10 years of experience as an SAP Business Analyst - Expertise in Teamcenter & Mendix integration, SAP ECTR, SAP DMS, workflow development, SAP EHSM, and change records management - Technical skills in Teamcenter and Mendix integration, SAP ECTR, SAP DMS, SAP workflow capabilities, SAP EHSM, change records management, and BRF+ - A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field - Master's degree or SAP certifications are a plus - Excellent communication, problem-solving, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills Preferred qualifications include experience with: - SAP S/4HANA - Agile methodologies - Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) principles - SAP Fiori - SAP Cloud Platform Join our team at Koch, where employees are empowered to unleash their potential and create value for themselves and the company.
