Business Analyst - Retirement AI

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst with a strong background in retirement planning, financial services, or wealth management. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to analyze business needs, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of retirement planning solutions that align with client goals and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements related to retirement planning services.Understand current retirement products (401(k), IRAs, annuities, etc.) and identify improvement opportunities.Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and functional specifications.Support the development and implementation of digital tools for retirement planning (e.g., calculators, dashboards, risk profiling).Work closely with compliance and legal teams to ensure adherence to financial regulations and retirement plan rules.Analyze customer and advisor feedback to identify pain points and recommend enhancements.Support user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and change management activities.Monitor KPIs and metrics to evaluate the performance and adoption of retirement planning solutions.Stay current with industry trends, legislation changes, and best practices in retirement planning.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA is a plus.3-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services, preferably in retirement or wealth planning.Familiarity with retirement products (401(k), pension, IRAs, etc.) and relevant regulations (ERISA, SEC, IRS guidelines).Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Excel, SQL, and reporting platforms.Agile/Scrum experience is a plus..
