As a Business Analyst specializing in Property and Financial Insights at Advice with Accounts Chennai Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive accounting and financial solutions to UK-based clients in the property and finance sectors. Your analytical skills will be put to the test as you delve into the UK property market to identify trends and opportunities, evaluate rental yields, ROI, and asset cost efficiency. Your ability to communicate effectively will be essential as you work closely with our UK counterparts to provide actionable financial insights to support strategic decision-making. Your responsibilities will include conducting market research, developing and maintaining financial reports and dashboards using tools like Excel or Power BI, assisting in budgeting, forecasting, and monthly performance reporting, and supporting property acquisition decisions through data-driven analysis and insights. You should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in the real estate or financial sectors, and proficiency in Excel and/or Power BI for data visualization and reporting. Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must to effectively interact with UK-based teams. As a full-time employee, you will be expected to work in a UK shift, with the initial phase being remote and transitioning to on-site in Chennai in the coming months. You should be ready to join by the first week of July 2025 and currently be residing in Chennai. Benefits include paid time off and Provident Fund.
