Job Title:

Primary Skillset (Mandatory)

• Business Analyst experience in Clinical Data / Clinical Trial Domain (minimum 3 years)
• Oracle SQL / PLSQL
• Jira

Experience Range

• 5 to 7 years total experience as BA
• Minimum 3 years in Clinical Trial Domain / Clinical Data as BA

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Clinical Information Management or equivalent (B. Pharma & M. Pharma)

Must Have Skills

• Hands-on experience as BA in Clinical Trial Domain / Clinical Data
• Oracle SQL Knowledge
• Strong technical and business writing skills
• Experience in JIRA
• Negotiation and customer management skills
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences and vice versa
• Effective relationship management with co-workers, managers, and clients

Good to Have Skills

• Technical and grammatical editing
• Best practices for user interface design
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio)
• Ability to learn and use modeling languages
• Experience developing training/support programs for global technology/process implementations
• Understanding of requirements elicitation, analysis, and specification techniques

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze requirements, ensuring close involvement and agreement from user community
• Produce data/information models and preliminary system architecture for solution design
• Resolve conflicting end-user requirements
• Follow IQVIA SDLC and CSV procedures
• Collaborate to create User Requirements Specification and Functional Specification documents
• Assist with process modeling to clarify/enhance business requirements
• Review Performance Qualification documents to ensure requirements coverage
• Collaborate with Global IT Solutions for successful project implementation
• Ensure adherence to business requirements and UI design specifications
• Develop training/support programs for global technology/process implementations
• Assist in gathering initial Business Case requirements and other pre-project activities
