Business Analyst - Oracle Techno Functional

Role Overview: As a Business Analyst working with Overhead Doors Enterprise Application Team, your main role will be to support the Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System to meet business demands. Key Responsibilities: - Providing support to IT Functional and business Team Members as needed - Organizing and planning to support development projects and enhancements - Engaging with Functional / Technical Analyst to create work breakdown structure - Communicating project status to business and IT leaders - Managing project and enhancements to achieve committed delivery dates - Participating in solution design and providing recommendations - Participating in testing and training as necessary - Working cooperatively with other team members Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of experience in implementing and supporting large ERP implementations - Ability to provide technical guidance on complex projects - Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills - Background in manufacturing and supply chain - Good interpersonal communication skills - Bachelor's degree or higher in information technology, computer science, systems engineering, or equivalent field Additional Details: You should also: - Be able to work in a fast-paced environment - Be self-motivated, pleasantly aggressive, assertive, realistically ambitious with high personal ethics - Develop professional relationships with co-workers and end-users - Have the discipline to follow established methodology while seeking ways to improve the process,
