Business Analyst

Experience: 3 8 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Underwriting, Actuary, Operations,

Claims, and Finance, as well as external partners, to gather and document business

requirements.

• Perform requirement elicitation, process analysis, and system solution design.
• Define and enhance customer journeys and business workflows.

• Work closely with the development team for project planning, backlog prioritization, and

sprint delivery.

• Support Product Managers in sprint planning, requirement detailing, and release execution.
• Align business priorities with technical deliverables and ensure solution feasibility.
• Utilize SQL for data validation and analysis; manage API integrations for partner or process

automation.

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of General Insurance.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and API Integration.
• Deep knowledge of at least one core insurance process: Quote, Policy Issuance, Finance, or

Claims.

• Exposure to Java, Microservices, and Web Services is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving abilities.
