Job Description

As a Business Analyst Manager in Supply Chain Finance within the Fintech industry, your role will involve a diverse set of responsibilities to ensure smooth operations and effective client management. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Stakeholder Coordination:** - Manage engagement and communication with banks, NBFCs, anchor corporates, SME suppliers, and internal teams. - **Platform Management & Delivery:** - Oversee platform deployment, L1 support, updates, ticketing, and issue resolution with tech/cloud providers. - **Requirement Gathering & Tech Liaison:** - Collect business/user requirements; coordinate with tech teams for implementation, customization, and timely delivery. - **Client Onboarding & KYC:** - Support SMEs and anchor clients with onboarding, documentation, and compliance processes. - **User Training & Adoption:** - Conduct product training for all user types (makers, checkers, approvers); drive adoption and collect feedback. - **Support & Performance Monitoring:** - Provide hands-on user support, track platform usage, and ensure user satisfaction. - **Marketing & Lead Generation Support:** - Assist in website/social media content, new product rollouts, and business lead generation efforts. - **Internal Business Support:** - Help business and finance teams in operational and platform-related coordination. - **Process Optimization:** - Identify bottlenecks, propose operational improvements, and drive efficiency in platform use. - **Regulatory Compliance:** - Ensure adherence to regulatory standards across platform operations and client interactions. **Candidate Requirements:** - **Experience:** - Minimum 3 years in business analysis, fintech operations, or platform management in banking, NBFC, or supply chain finance sectors. - **Technical & Functional Skills:** - Strong grasp of fintech platforms and SCF workflows - L1 support & ticketing systems - Project coordination across tech and business teams - **Soft Skills:** - Excellent communication & stakeholder engagement - Client-first approach with problem-solving mindset - Strong training and documentation abilities - **Qualifications:** - Bachelors or Masters in Finance, Information Systems, or relevant field.
