As a Business Analyst Manager in Supply Chain Finance within the Fintech industry, your primary responsibilities will include stakeholder coordination, platform management, requirement gathering, client onboarding, user training, support & performance monitoring, marketing support, internal business support, process optimization, and regulatory compliance. You will be expected to effectively manage engagement and communication with various stakeholders such as banks, NBFCs, anchor corporates, SME suppliers, and internal teams. Additionally, overseeing platform deployment, L1 support, updates, ticketing, and issue resolution with tech/cloud providers will be a key part of your role. Your duties will also involve collecting business/user requirements, coordinating with tech teams for implementation, customization, and timely delivery, as well as supporting SMEs and anchor clients with onboarding, documentation, and compliance processes. Conducting product training for all user types, driving adoption, collecting feedback, providing hands-on user support, tracking platform usage, ensuring user satisfaction, and assisting in marketing efforts and lead generation will be crucial aspects of your job. Furthermore, you will be required to help business and finance teams in operational and platform-related coordination, identify bottlenecks, propose operational improvements, and ensure adherence to regulatory standards. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis, fintech operations, or platform management in banking, NBFC, or supply chain finance sectors. Strong technical skills including a deep understanding of fintech platforms, SCF workflows, L1 support & ticketing systems, and project coordination across tech and business teams are essential. Soft skills such as excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, problem-solving abilities, training, and documentation skills are also critical. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Information Systems, or a relevant field is required for this position.
