Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Participate in agile development methodologies such as Scrum to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Work closely with product managers to prioritize features based on business value and customer feedback.
Develop user stories, use cases, and BRD documents to capture requirements from stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless integration of new features and processes.
Conduct requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
Ensure alignment of business requirements with the goals and vision, by communicating the same through effective requirement writing to development teams
Business analysis support to developers and QA team members during code development and change/implementation teams following sign off, to ensure maximum success upon launch of the new system
On-going user acceptance testing to support short, iterative release cycles
Identify and resolve issues with missing requirements/stories and conflicting requirements
