Business Analyst - IT Compliance

Job Description: As a Business Analyst in Compliance IT, your primary responsibility will be to document system parameters and formats, ensure software systems compatibility, and coordinate or modify system parameters. You will play a key role in formulating and defining small project/system scope and objectives, developing detailed system specifications, and ensuring alignment with the Bank's system architecture standards. Key Responsibilities: - Evaluate existing systems and procedures to identify deficiencies - Maintain effective data handling, conversion, input/output requirements, and storage - Analyze, develop, and revise existing system logic difficulties and documentation as necessary - Collaborate with the IT team through coding and implementation to ensure the final product matches the envisioned result - Conduct feasibility studies and recommend new or enhanced application software to meet business needs - Provide basic coordination and analytical assistance to staff, including interpretation of requirements - Develop detailed requirements with business partners, review system specifications, screen designs, and reports - Support the development of test scripts and participate in functional testing - Support the maintenance of business systems and interface applications - Ensure compliance with departmental and bank processes or procedures related to supported systems - Provide support as a subject matter expert to department or business units for small/less complex business applications or system processes Qualifications Required: - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams - Experience in system analysis and software development methodologies - Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in the banking industry,
