Business Analyst Intern

As a Business Analyst Intern at eDigillence Infosolutions, you will be responsible for conducting thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and areas for improvement. You will facilitate workshops, interviews, and brainstorming sessions to elicit requirements, clarify ambiguities, and resolve conflicts. Your role will involve translating business needs into clear and concise requirements documentation, including use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria. Additionally, you will analyze and validate requirements to ensure feasibility, consistency, and alignment with organizational objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct analysis of business processes, systems, and data - Facilitate workshops, interviews, and brainstorming sessions - Translate business needs into requirements documentation - Analyze and validate requirements - Work closely with technical teams to translate requirements into technical specifications - Collaborate with developers and QA teams for successful project delivery - Provide ongoing support throughout the development lifecycle - Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and communicate with stakeholders - Continuously improve processes, tools, and methodologies Qualifications Required: - Strong analytical skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Solid understanding of business analysis techniques - Proficiency in requirement management tools, business process modeling tools, and Microsoft Office Suite Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position suitable for freshers.
