Business Analyst - GTM support

Join our dynamic sales and operations team and work with a leading US-based MNC in data, analytics, and AI. Your role will be critical in handling support queries, resolving issues, and driving revenue growth.

What Youll Do:

• Manage and track JIRA tickets & KTLO issues from GTM teams.
• Align GTM & IT, confirm deliverables, and drive sprints.
• Run prioritization sessions, groom tickets, and oversee ad?hoc requests.
• Lead weekly meetings, maintain dashboards, and deliver clear reporting.

What Were Looking For:

? 5+ yrs in Business Analysis / Sales Ops / Operations.

? 1+ yr Salesforce experience (mandatory).

? Experience in maintaining dashboards; JIRA; project management skills.

? Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
