Mandatory skills: Business Analyst, excel

5 years of experience in documenting business requirements and technical specifications.

Strong writing, editing and proof-reading skills Proven expertise in Microsoft Word and Excel Strong organizational skills and attention to details Fluent spoken and written English communication skills is a must.

Experience in creating diagrams, mock-ups using tools like MS Visio, Draw.IO or other similar visual tools will be an advantage.

Experience with API documentation tools like Swagger or Postman is a plus.

Job Role:

Develop, write, and maintain documentation, including user manuals, business requirement documents, software guides and API documentation.
Work closely with product managers to understand user requirements and with technical managers to understand technical requirements.
Edit and proofread documents to ensure clarity, consistency, and accuracy.
Organize and structure content to improve usability and accessibility.
Collaborate with designers and developers to create diagrams, visuals, and interactive content working on wireframes
Write user stories
Ensure compliance with company documentation standards and best practices.
