Position Summary
The Business Analyst will play a critical role in fostering a data-driven culture and enhancing coordination across Institutional Products, specifically TOEIC and ITP/YSS. This position will be pivotal in managing end-to-end invoicing workflows and account management. Preparing, validating and issuing invoices through contract terms along with troubleshooting errors is an integral requirement of the role. We are seeking an energetic, organized, and detail-oriented professional who will manage day-to-day analyses that are essential to driving growth and achieving business objectives.
Primary Responsibilities
- Salesforce Account Management: Ensure salesforce accounts are managed as per ETS standards, create and maintain salesforce reports and dashboards and work with vendors to ensure accurate and timely data input.
- Data Analysis and Insight Generation: Leverage internal and external data sources to generate insights and provide recommendations for improving business practices, focusing on how ETS conducts and can enhance its operations.
- Sales Invoicing and Billing Oversight: Carry out the sales invoicing and billing, following up with internal and external teams, providing input on process improvements to enhance automation and efficiency. Supervise the sales invoicing and billing department, providing input on process improvements to enhance automation and efficiency.
- Accuracy and Integrity Assurance: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of business models, data, invoicing, and financial reporting, maintaining high standards in all aspects of data management.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure that business analytics efforts are aligned with broader business strategies and objectives.
- Reporting and data analytics: Work on reports for volumes and revenue while tracking KPIs. Ensure that data is accurately represented and aligned with the business needs of departments such as sales, products, and marketing, providing stakeholders with real-time insights to support decision-making and strategy alignment.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree required (Master's preferred) in business, statistics, finance or related field.
- At least 5+ years of prior professional work experience.
- Prior experience in one or more of the following areas is essential: Business Analysis, Statistical Analysis, CRM software (e.g., Salesforce etc), and dashboard tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
