Business Analyst-Duckcreek

You will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing solutions, and ensuring successful implementation of Duck Creek systems. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to Duck Creek systems. Analyze and translate business needs into functional specifications and system requirements. Work closely with development teams to design and implement Duck Creek solutions. Conduct gap analysis and recommend improvements to existing Duck Creek systems. Perform system testing and validation to ensure solutions meet business requirements. Provide support and training to end users on Duck Creek systems. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Duck Creek technologies and the insurance industry. Required qualifications include 7 to 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance domain with a focus on Duck Creek, a strong understanding of insurance processes and workflows, proficiency in Duck Creek Policy Billing and Claims modules, experience with Agile methodologies, knowledge of SQL and data analysis tools, experience with system integration and data migration projects, and certification in Duck Creek is a plus.
