Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead business analysis efforts including requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and documentation.

Create BRDs and FRDs with precision and clarity.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data products with business goals.

Document workflows and data mapping using tools like Excel, SQL, and Visio.

Write and optimize SQL queries for data analysis and reporting.

Drive Agile/Scrum processes and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

Manage multiple project deliverables across teams and ensure alignment with timelines.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders and clients to articulate solutions.

Adapt quickly to changing environments and tight deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualification:

Bachelor/ Masters degree in Business , IT, Finance, Economics or related fields.

Strong domain knowledge in Investment Banking, Finance, Asset Management, or Real Estate.

Proven experience in Data Management and Data Products.

Advanced proficiency in SQL.

Excellent documentation and workflow diagramming skills.

Strong problem-solving and time management abilities .

Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Ability to manage and lead teams effectively.

Good to Have Skills:

Experience with data visualization tools.
