Business Analyst (D365 & BI Solutions)

Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Business Analyst to drive insights, system enhancements, and support across our Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) platform and related business intelligence tools. This role requires a blend of analytical thinking, technical expertise, and stakeholder collaboration to optimize business processes and ensure seamless system performance.

Key Role Deliverables:

• Analyze business processes and data across D365 modules to identify improvement opportunities and system enhancements
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI for leadership and operational teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Microsoft D365 applications, ensuring timely resolution of issues
• Work closely with developers to implement customizations using C#, .NET, and JavaScript
• Document workflows, configurations, and user guides for internal teams
• Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and security across integrated systems
• Participate in testing, deployment, and post-implementation reviews of new features or modules
• Stay current with Microsoft D365 updates and BI trends to recommend relevant upgrades or tools

Prerequisites:

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably with Microsoft D365
• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, SQL, and Excel
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, and JavaScript for system customization and integration
• Solid understanding of CRM and ERP workflows within D365
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in a fast-paced environment
• Strong ownership and accountability

• Effective time management and multitasking abilities
• Clear and confident communication and presentation skills

Experience

Graduate with 2+ years of experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools like Azure DevOps or Jira
