Business Analyst (Core Banking)

As a Business Analyst specializing in Core Banking systems with 4-7 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in analyzing new changes, providing solutions, and resolving configuration production issues. Your responsibilities will include designing, testing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting applications software within the specified time and budget constraints. Collaboration with customers, development teams, and Q.A. members is essential to gather business requirements, drive analysis, and design functional solutions aligned with business and IT strategies. You will be expected to develop Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), and Requirements Documents (RD) for new applications, as well as analyze, test, document, implement, and maintain software applications. To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum of 3 years of Business Analyst experience in the Core Banking domain, with a preference for knowledge of Core Banking Systems. Familiarity with Agile methodology and the ability to work effectively in a larger team environment are crucial.
