Business Analyst - Content Developer

As a Business Analyst / Content Developer at Zivanta, you will play a key role in creating and maintaining a Question Bank with interesting, audio-visual, and text questions. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Creating & maintaining the Question Bank with engaging content - Performing quality checks on content developed by peers or external vendors - Collaborating with other teams to understand the requirements for the question bank - Ensuring information translation to other languages - Writing, editing, and proofreading website content to promote an app - Researching and writing content on trending topics for social media Qualifications Required: - PG degree/diploma in finance, business, economics, or statistics; minimum: Bachelors in Arts/Science/Commerce/Communication Studies - Proficiency in Business English (written and verbal communication) - Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) - Ability to work comfortably with senior management and colleagues at all levels - Motivated and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously - Freshers with exceptional academic results are encouraged to apply About Zivanta: Zivanta is a boutique software development and business analytics company based in Kolkata, with a strong focus on the Indian and US markets.
