You are an experienced Business Analyst / Content Developer with 3-5 years of experience, filled with innovative ideas and eagerly waiting for the next opportunity to bring your visions to life. At Zivanta, a boutique software development and business analytics company based in Kolkata, we are seeking a talented individual like you to join our team. Zivanta is a 14-member strong company with a focus on the Indian and US markets. In the US, we concentrate on application development and analytics in the housing and mortgage banking sector, while in India, our focus is on social sector analytics. Additionally, we are ambitiously striving to establish a strong presence in the Indian online media and entertainment industry by launching a pan-India Live Quiz Show App soon. Your primary responsibilities will include creating and maintaining a Question Bank with engaging audio-visual and text-based questions, ensuring quality control on content developed by colleagues or external vendors, collaborating with various teams to meet the question bank requirements, and translating information into other languages. You will also be responsible for writing, editing, and proofreading website content to promote our app, including website content, articles, news, blogs, press releases, and newsletters. Additionally, you will research and write content on trending topics for social media. To be successful in this role, you must have 2-5 years of experience with strong analytical and communication skills. A PG degree/diploma in finance, business, economics, or statistics is preferred, while a Bachelor's degree in Arts, Science, Commerce, or Communication Studies is required. Proficiency in Business English, Hindi language skills, and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is necessary. Knowledge of R, SPSS, and SAS will be an added advantage. Furthermore, you should possess the ability to work effectively with senior management, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and demonstrate high levels of motivation and initiative.
