Business Analyst Content Developer

Key Responsibilities: - Create and maintain the Question Bank with engaging audio-visual and text questions - Conduct quality checks on content developed by peers or external vendors - Collaborate with other teams to understand the requirements of the question bank in terms of volume, categories, distribution, and quality - Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure the translation of information into other languages - Write, edit, and proofread website content to promote an app, including website content, articles, news, blogs, press releases, and newsletters - Research content on trending topics and create content suitable for social media platforms Qualifications Required: - PG degree/diploma in finance, business, economics, or statistics; minimum requirement of a Bachelor's degree in Arts/Science/Commerce/Communication Studies - Proficiency in Business English (both written and verbal communication) - Knowledge of Hindi language will be an added advantage - Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) - Familiarity with R, SPSS, and SAS will be beneficial - Ability to work effectively with senior management and colleagues at all levels - Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment - High motivation, initiative, and commitment to quality work - Freshers with exceptional academic backgrounds are encouraged to apply Zivanta is a 14+ people strong company with a focus on the Indian and US markets.
